What was happening
Steinfeld is a municipality in the Landkreis Vechta in the former Grand Duchy of Oldenburg (today Lower Saxony). The front carries the combined coat of arms of Steinfeld with the symbols of the constituent communities — heart, castle, crescent and star, tree, lion, waves — and a skyline silhouette with a windmill. The red border is distinctive.
Valid until 30 November 1921. Signed by P. Sibriel and E. Fellgard, the Gemeinde-Vorstand (municipal board).
